This is a video of Julianna “Jules” Walters yelling obscenities, showing her complete intolerance for her constituents with opposing ideas, attacking her fellow councilmembers on their age and religious beliefs and revealing to the world her inability to regulate emotions when she doesn’t get her way. An independent investigation found that Walters engaged in “discrimination based on age” and violated West Linn City Council rules, code of conduct and civility guidelines.
