Oregonians are done with the crime wave engineered by Democrat Senate Leader Rob Wagner. People like to blame Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt for Portland’s high crime, but Schmidt couldn’t catch and release violent criminals without “permission” from Rob Wagner and the Senate Democrats. That permission came in the form of SB 48, which allows local law enforcement agencies to catch and release the most violent criminals, arrested for crimes such as rape, armed robbery and even murder, without bail. Bail reform, defund the police and the evisceration of victims rights encompasses the radical left concept called “restorative justice.”
