Marc Thielman / Ben Edtl File Class Action Lawsuit vs. Shemia Fagan for Election Fraud Cover Up
SD 19 frontrunner, Ben Edtl, accuses incumbent Democrat Senate Leader Rob Wagner and Democrat Secretary of State Shamia Fagan of voter suppression and covering up election anomalies in violation of First Amendment rights.
Lake Oswego, Ore. — Ben Edtl named plaintiff in a class action lawsuit filed on October 8th that accuses Secretary of State Shamia Fagan and county election officials of exacerbating a crisis of confidence by refusing to seriously address blatant evidence of election fraud. The lawsuit names multiple counties including those of Senate District 19: Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington. Our goal is to acquire election data from the 2022 midterm election and determine the level of election integrity in Oregon.
The lawsuit contains circumstantial evidence of widespread voter fraud submitted to the court at the Washington County v. Sippel trial and provides a fact-based argument that describes a concentrated effort to suppress voting rights in Oregon between the Secretary of State and the Oregon State Legislature. If voter suppression is found by the court, Secretary of State Shemia Fagan will be held accountable for violating the First Amendment rights of Oregonians.
The lawsuit describes “state and county officials as having consistently demonstrated a profound lack of curiosity for investigation of glaring anomalies and failed to alleviate the negative impact of these anomalies on the confidence of Oregon voters. This conduct fuels a profound crisis of confidence that constitutes de facto voter suppression and disenfranchisement in violation of the United States Constitution.”
On September 28th, the final day of trial in Washington County v. Sippel (a lawsuit funded by Free Oregon, Inc.) in which undeniable evidence of widespread election fraud was presented to the court from the 2020 election, Secretary of State Shamia Fagan told Pamplin Media Group: “Nearly two years after the last presidential election, we continue to see false information about the results of that election.” Fagan goes on to describe the state’s effort to combat election “misinformation” and declares that widespread fraud is “non-existant.” However, she also stated that more than one-third of Oregonians believe the 2020 election was “stolen.”

In 2021, the Oregon Legislature passed HB 2681 which was signed into law by Governor Brown. The law prohibits the removal of inactive voter registrations, as well as, reactivated nearly 20,000 inactive voter registrations. As a result, there are now more registered voters in Oregon than there are of people of legal voting age.
Also in 2021, Rob Wagner Sponsored HB 3291 which makes county elections clerks accept ballots that arrive within 7 days after election day. Section 1(8) of this bill declares that ballots do not have to be postmarked by election day to be received and counted.

In an endorsement interview with Willamette Week, Edtl directly challenged Democrat Senate Leader Rob Wagner to answer this question. Wagner refused.
